摘要
本文报告2例三尖瓣心内膜炎(TVE),均首先由超声心动图发现三尖瓣赘生物,后经手术证实。TVE 比较少见,特别是国人。其发病率、临床表现、治疗和预后与累及其他瓣膜的心内膜炎很不相同。本文根据自己的经验,结合近年有关文献,对该病的病因、促发因素、临床特点、治疗及预后做了系统而扼要的讨论。
Two patients with tricuspid valve endocarditis(TVE)were studied.The diag-nosis of TVE in these patients was first made by echccardicgraphic demonstraticnof tricuspid vegetations and later prcved by surgery.The incidence of TVE is lowerthan the left-sided endocarditis,especially in China.The prevalence,clinical presen-tation,treatment and diagnosis of TVE are quite different from endocarditis invc-lving in cther valves.The etiology,precipitating factors,clinical features,treatmentsand prognosis of TVE were discussed briefly and systematically,with review of literatures.
