摘要
对比了 10种玉米的盐溶蛋白和水溶蛋白、乙酸溶蛋白、醇溶蛋白以及胚和胚乳蛋白酸性PAGE的谱带。结果发现 ,玉米水溶蛋白、盐溶蛋白、乙酸溶蛋白和胚蛋白酸性PAGE谱带极为相似 。
Salt-soluble proeins and water-soluble proteins, ethanol-soluble proteins, acetic-soluble proteins, embryo and endosperm proteins from ten hybrids of maize were subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated that the electrophoregrams of water-soluble proteins, salt-soluble proteins, acetic-soluble proteins and embryo proteins in maize are very similar, and can be used for maize variety identification.
