摘要
本文报告了53例脑干血肿,年龄从11～72岁(平均48.8岁)。包括25例桥脑出血,13例伴中脑出血的桥脑出血,4例中脑出血和3例全脑干出血,其中1例和另外8例为多灶性出血。6例进行了脑血管造影,2例为动静脉畸形(AVM)。47例经 CT 扫描确诊。本组死亡19例(35.8%)。手术治疗3例,其中1例血管造影正常,手术时发现为 AVM。50例行保守治疗。对临床类型、影响预后的危险因素及治疗等进行了讨论。
Fifty-three cases of hematoma in the brain stem were reported.The age ranged11～72 years(average 48.8 years).These cases included:25 cases of pontine hemorrh-age,13 of pontine hemorrhage associated with hemorrhage in the midbrain,4 of me-sencephalic hemorrhage and 3 of hemorrhage in the whole brain stem,one of the 3and another 8 cases were hematomas of multiple foci.6 patients underwent cerebralangiography,2 were found to have AVM.47 were diagnosed by CT scan.In thisseries 19 of the 53 cases died.Three eases were treated sargieally,and one AVM wasfound,though cerebral angiography was normal.50 eases were treated conservatively.The clinical types,critical factors for prognosis and treatment of hematomawere discussed.
