摘要
本文以自家对照的方法对30例正常生育期妇女上 IUD 前后宫内膜标本进行了雌激素受体的定位、定量研究。结果表明雌激素受体存在于宫内膜的腺上皮,表面上皮和间质细胞内,主要存在于胞核内。腺上皮细胞含量明显高于表面上皮和间质细胞。定量测定结果表明上环前30例宫内膜 ER 含量为17.8±3.2fmol/mg 蛋白((?)±SE),上 IUD 一年后24例为33.4±5.1fmol/mg 蛋白((?)±SE)P<0.05。故 IUD 的放置可明显影响 ER 的含量。可考虑为 IUD 抗生育的机制之一。
The localization and quantity of endometrium ER in women with,IUD were stu-died using self control method.30 samples were taken before insertion of IUD and 24samples one year after insertion IUD.The result shcwed that ER was localizedin cytc-nuclei of surface epithelium,glandular epithelium and interstitial cells ofthe endometrium.The score was large in glandular epithelium than in othercells.ER quantity in normal endometrium was 17.8±3.2 fmol/mg protein((?)±SE)and in endometrium with IUD was 33.4=5.1/mg protein((?)+SE).So IUD mightaffect endometrial ER and changes of ER might be one of the antifertility mecha-nisms.
