摘要
报道18例非功能性肾上腺占位病变,计肾上腺癌2例,神经母细胞瘤1例,转移癌6例,良性非功能性皮质腺癌6例及肾上腺囊肿3例。原发于肾上腺的非功能性恶性肿瘤都大于7cm,而偶然发现的非功能性肾上腺肿瘤大多小于5cm,而为良性。作者提出,非功能性肿瘤大于6cm者应警惕为恶性,小于4cm者可随诊观察。良性非功能性腺瘤可与其它恶性或良性病变并存,应防止漏诊。应警惕肾上腺转移癌。
18 cases of nonfunctional adrenal masses were reported consisting of 2 cases of adrenal carcinoma, 1 neuroblastoma, 6 metastatic carcinoma, 6 benign nonfunctional adenoma and 3 adrenal cyst. Malignant nonfunctional adrenal tumors were always greater than 7cm while incidentally discovered nonfunctional masses were usually less than 5cm and mostly benign. It was proposed that a nonfunctional adremal tumor less than 4cm in diameter needed no surgery and could be followed up while those greater than 6cm should be bewared of malignancy. Nonfunctional adenoma might coexist with other malignant or benign lesions which should not be overlooked. Metastatic tumor of adrenal gland was often quite obscure and easily overlooked and therefore B-ultrasonography of the adrenal glands was adviced for all the cancer patients.
