摘要
本文报告20例冠心病(无心梗)患者与22例健康人接受核素心血管造影检查,对静息下左室舒张期及收缩期8项指标进行了对比分析,部分患者的舒张功能与多普勒超声心动图进行了对比研究。结果显示:患者舒张功能各项指标均有降低,其灵敏度均高于收缩功能指标;但LVEF 与 PFR、RFF 有较好的相关性(r=0.64,0.78);本法与多普勒超声测定结果相一致。
To study the left ventricular diastolic and systolic functions in patients withcoronary heart disease(CHD,without evidence of MI),22 normal subjects and 20patients with CHD were examined under resting Condition by radionuclide angio-graphy.The result showed;all variables of diastolic function had a better sensitivitythan those of systolic fuaction;abnormalities of LVEF had a better correlationwith PFR and RFF(r=0.64,0.78;p<0.01),the better correlation in radionuclearangiographic variables of RFF,AFF,1/3FF,RFC/AFC and PFR was also observedto coincide with the Doppler Echocardiographic variables.
