摘要
研究了白花蛇舌草保健饮料的生产工艺条件和最佳配方。试验结果表明,浸提白花蛇舌草的最佳工艺参数为:草水比例为1∶40,提取温度为90℃,浸提时间为5min。其饮料配方组成为:白花蛇舌草提取液94%,再加冰糖5%,1%蜂蜜和0.2%柠檬酸。
The optimal technology conditions and formula of Hedyotis diffusa Willd healthy drink were studied.The result of the experiment showed that the optimal extracting technology parameter is Hedyotis diffusa Willd and water ratio as 1∶40,exrtacting temperature 90℃and 5min.The best constitute formula of the drink is the extracting solution 94%,adding crystal sugar 5%and honey 1%,and 0.2%lemon acid.
