摘要
本文比较了5例胰岛细胞抗体阳性(ICA_s^+)和5例配对的胰岛细胞抗体阴性(ICA_s^-)的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者以及7例正常对照的口服葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)结果。NIDDM 组血糖显著高于正常对照组,胰岛素/血糖则低于对照组。ICA_s^+组的胰岛素、胰岛素/血糖显著低于 ICA_s^-组。经果提示:ICA_s^+的 NIDDM 患者的胰岛β细胞功能低于配对的ICA_s^-者。
Plasma insulin,glucose,and insulin/glucose responses to OGTT were comparedin 5 ICAs positive NIDDM,5 matched ICAs negative NIDDM,and 7 nondiabeticcontrols.Both groups of NIDDM exhibited marked carbohydrate into'lerance withinsulinopenia.Despite having significantly higher plasma glucose concentrations dur-ing the study,the ICAs positive NIDDM had significantly lower insulin levels,andthus lower insulin/glucose ratios than the ICAs negative NIDDM in response to theOGTT.These findings showed that ICAs positive NIDDM suffered from a greaterdisturbance of β-cell function than did matched ICAs negative NIDDM.
