摘要
复方普鲁卡因注射液颈动脉滴注治疗210例脑卒中偏瘫后遗症,基本治愈65例,显著进步56例,进步68例,无变化21例,总有效率90.00%。药物配制及使用:10%葡萄糖50ml 加入普鲁卡因50mg,烟酸15mg、胞二磷胆碱100mg,使用前配制。穿刺病灶侧颈动脉加压点滴每分钟10～16滴,隔日1次,15次1疗程,一般1～2个疗程。
Compound procaine injection was used to treat cerebral infarction hemiplegiasequelae in 210 cases through carotid artery infusion.Sixty-five of the 210 showed symptom free,56 significantly improved,68 improved and 21 no changes.The overalleffective rate was 90%,procaine 50 mg,nicotinic acid 15mg and CDP-choline 100mgwere added to 10% glucose 50 ml to make the preparation.The Preparation wasinfused through the carotid artery near the focal lesion with increased pressure infu-sion 10～16 drops per minute once daily.One course was 15 times of treatment andone or two courses were necessary.
