摘要
本文通过1533例产科病历分析,探讨了妊高征的某些危险因素。发现双胎孕妇妊高征发生率明显高于单胎(P<0.005);随年龄的增加以及随文化程度的降低,妊高征发生率有明显增高趋势(P<0.005,P<0.01);未发现第二代性别与妊高征有关;同时分析了孕次及婴儿出生体重与妊高征的关系。
Case history analysis was conducted to explore some factors of EPHS.The inci-dence of EPHS for women with twin birth was considerably larger than that forthose with single birth.The lower the education level,the higher the relative riskof EPHS.Maternal age was positively related to EPHS.No association was foundbetween the fetal sex and EPHS.The relationship between parity,birth weight andEPHS was also disscussed.
