摘要
目的:探索ILLLI治疗对银屑病患者红细胞SOD、MDA变化的影响。方法:以氦氖激光或半导体激光ILLLI,每次照射时间 1h,功率 5mW,每天 1次,10次为一疗程,观察治疗前后银屑病患者外周血红细胞SOD、MDA变化,并与正常人的结果作对比。结果:银屑病各组红细胞SOD含量在治疗前无显著差异,均低于正常对照组,正常对照组SOD平均高出患者2.6倍,统计学分析差异有显著性,p<0.05,治疗后,各组SOD含量均有明显上升,平均上升近2倍之多,p<0.05,且接近正常对照组,p>0.05。银屑病各组红细胞MDA含量在治疗前无明显差别,均高于正常对照组,平均高出正常人近2.4倍,差异有显著性,p<0.05,治疗后,各组MDA含量均有明显下降,平均下降近1倍,有统计学差异,p<0.05,但未恢复到正常人水平,与正常对照组之间仍存在显著性差异,p<0.05。结论:ILLLI治疗无论是He-Ne激光或是半导体激光对银屑病病员都能激活SOD,提高患者的抗氧化能力。
ve: To research the effects of Intravascular low level laser irradiation (ILLLI) on the SOD, MDA in treatment of psoriasis. Method : 47 patients suffered from psoriasis from five groups were treated by Intravascular low level laser irradiation (power: 4-5mw, 1h per day, a course of treatment 10 days) . We checked the SOD, MDA in peripheral blood pre and post treatment as well as 10 natural human . Group A were treated by He-Ne laser combined with drug, group B were treated by semiconductor laser combined with drug, group C were treated only by He -Ne laser , group D were treated only by semiconductor laser , group E were treated only by drug. Results: The levels of SOD in red cell of psoriatic patients from five groups were significantly lower than that of control group. After treatment, the levels of SOD of them were significantly increased and nearly closed to that of control group. The levels of MDA in red cell of psoriatic patients from five groups were significantly higher than that of controlgroup. After treatment, the levels of MDA of them are decreased , but they were not stillrecovered to normal levels.Conclusion: ILLLI can activate SOD whether He-Ne laser or semiconductor laser, thus increase ability of antioxidation.
