摘要
本文参照创伤性电生理检查方案及诊断标准,对130例 PSVT 患者进行了无创性电生理研究,着重观察分析并比较以下项目:1.不同起搏方式引起的电生理效应;2.随 PSVT 诱发终止所出现的电生理现象;3.房室传导曲线的不同;4.房波室波在 PSVT 发作前后的关系及形态极性变化。结果发现,各种不同类型的 PSVT 各具迥然不同的无创性电生理特征,我们据此对8种类型 PSVT 的无创性电生理诊断及鉴别诊断进行了详尽讨论。
In this paper,referring to the invasive electrophysiologic method 130 patientswere examined with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardias(PSVT)using noninva-sive electrophysiologic procedure.The observation,analysis and comparison of thefollowing items were emphasized:1.Electrophysiologic effects resulted from diffe-rent pacing modes;2.Electrophenomena occurred during the provocation and termina-tion of PSVT;3.The differences in atrioventricular conductive curve;4,The rela-tionship between atrial wave and ventricular wave and the changes in the form andpolarity of the two waves before and after the episodes of PSVT.The results sug-gested that each PSVT showed significant differences in noninvasive electrophysiol-logic characteristics.On the basis of the above results,noninvasive electro physiolo-gic criteria for diagnosing and differentiating 8 types of PSVT were discussed.
