摘要
报告经心音图证实的收缩期喀喇音21例,内19例作超声心动图检查,17例显示二尖瓣脱垂,余4例病因不明,表明有喀喇音者大多存在二尖瓣脱垂。但少数健康人孤立、无症状及其他检查阳性发现的喀喇音,并非一定是病理性的。文中对喇喀音的特点及有关鉴别诊断作了扼要讨论。
In 21 cases,non-ejection systolic click demonstrated by phonocardiography wasreported.Echocardiogram was taken in 19 of them.Seventeen(89%)were found to havehad mitral valve prolapse,but no etiology could be discovered in the other fourcases.It was shown that mitral valve prolapse occurred in most of the subjects withsystolic click.However,not every case of systolic click was pathological for somehealthy persons had isolated and asymptomatic non-ejection systolic click,and withoutlaboratory changes.Characteristics of non-ejection systolic click and differentialdiagnosis were briefly discussed.
