摘要
目的：探讨ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ｎｍ２３Ｈ１的ｍＲＮＡ表达与肺癌 临床意义及其相关性。方法：应用原位杂交ＣＳＡ方法，检测６５例肺癌组织ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ｎｍ２３Ｈ１的ｍ ＲＮＡ表达，结合临床病理指标及随访病例进行研究分析。结果：在肺癌中ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ｎｍ２３Ｈ１的ｍ ＲＮＡ表达阳性率分别为６６．２％和４９．２％。ＣＤ４４ｖ６ｍＲＮＡ高表达和ｎｍ２３Ｈ１ｍＲＮＡ低表达均与肺癌ＰＴＮ Ｍ分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移呈正相关，患者＞５年存活率越低。肺癌ＣＤ４４ｖ６ｍＲＮＡ表达与ｎｍ ２３Ｈ１ ｍＲＮＡ表达呈负相关。结论：肺癌中ＣＤ４４ｖ６ｍＲＮＡ表达与ｎｍ２３Ｈ１ｍＲＮＡ表达具有负调节的协同作用 ，均可作为预测肺癌转移和评估预后的重要生物学指标。
Objective:To investigate the expres sion of CD44v6 and nm23H1 mRNA,and the clinical significance and correlativity i n primary lung carcinoma.Methods CSA hydridization method was applied to test th e expression of CD44v6 and nm23H1 mRNA of lung carcinoma in 65 cases,which were studied and analyzed with their clinicopathologe features and follow-up cases.Re sults:The positive expression of CD44v6 and nm23H1 mRNA in lung carcinoma was 66 .2% and 49.2% respectively.Overexpression of CD44v6 mRNA and low expression of n m23H1 mRNA were positively correlated with PTNM stages,Pathologic grades and lym ph node metastasis in lung carcinoma.The patients of that were poor prognosticat ed five-year surviral rate.The expression of CD44v6 mRNA Showed paradoxical rela tionship with that of nm23H1 mRNA.Conclusions:The expression between CD44v6 and nm23H1 mRNA showed coordination of ngative correlation,which may serve as an imp ortant biological indicator of metastasis and prognosis of lung carcinoma.
