摘要
在荷兰社会变革中现有空间规划体系的有效性和合理性降低了,各种参与规划的实践活动就是为此所采取的一种应对措施,其目的是修正规划体系中存在的缺陷。本文以“绿心计划”参与规划作为案例分析,并对其是否能解决荷兰规划体系中存在的问题进行了评价。
The effectiveness and legitimacy of Dutch Spatial Planning have diminished in a changing society. The various participatory planning practicesare a reaction to shortcomings of spatial planning. This paper analyzes the Green Heart Area Project and evaluates the sufficiency of participatorypractices as a reaction to the problem of the Dutch planning system.
