摘要
发达国家政府对于农业现代化的支持和干预是在市场经济体制下进行的。其目的是提高农业生产率、保证农产品有效供给和粮食安全 ,维持农产品供求均衡和保证农民收益 ,实现农业的可持续发展。其行为方式多采用立法的形式 ,最充分利用的则是经济手段 ,有时也使用一些行政手段。
The supporting and intervene of developed country government to agriculture modernization is made under the market economy system.The aim is to improve the agricultural productive rate,ensure effective supply of agricultural product and food safety,maintain the balance of supply and demand agricultural product,realize continuous development of agriculture.Government often take the form of legislation,the most use of form is economy means,sometime it take administration means.
