大烘缸的有限元法应力分析 被引量:3

摘要 用有限元法对Ф2500mm大烘缸(杨克式)进行了全面的应力分析和研究,求出了大烘缸各部位的应力分布规律,其中包括:缸体应力分析;端盖的应力分析;缸体与端盖连接处法兰口附近的局部应力分析和端盖人孔附近应力集中分析。通过分析研究,提出了大烘缸强度计算中应注意的几个问题。 This paper makes a research on the comprehensive stresses analysis of $2500 Yankee dryer by using the finite element method and obtains acquired the stresses distributive rule of every part, it includes, stresses analysis of dryer shell, stresses analysis end plate, stresses analysis of the flange connected the shell and end plate, and the stress concentration around the manhole, Though this research some problems to which should be pay more attention have been raiser so, it has important meaning for design of Yankee dryer.
