摘要
作者以回族主要分布区为背景，分析了陕甘宁接壤区少数民族地区经济发展现状和影响因子，强调了培育民族经济发展的外部环境和增强民族自我发展能力的重要性，提出发展特色经济是实现民族经济跳跃式发展的关键．
As background of the Hui nationality mainly distributive region, the present situation of national economic development and effective factors are analyzed. It is important that cultivate external environment to develop national economy and strengthen the ability of self-development. It is put forward that feature economy is the key to realize the skipping type of development.
