摘要
教育实习是师范院校教学计划的有机组成部分。教育实习基地的建设是全面提高教育实习质量和师范生教育素质的保证。师范院校和各级教育行政部门要高度认识教育实习基地建设的意义,切实建设一批稳定、条件优异的中小学校作为师范院校教育实习、科学研究的基地和推广科研成果、先进教改经验的“实验田”,以保证师资的质量。
The base construction of teaching practice, one of the components of teaching plan in teachers colleges and universities, guarantees the overall improvement of qualities of teaching practice and teachers training. With the realization of its significance, a number of good-conditioned primary and secondary schools should be effectively developed both as the base of teaching practice and scientific research and 'the experimental field' of popularization of the results of scientific research and advanced experience of educational reform in order to guarantee the quality of teachers training.
