摘要
方法：从已故针灸名老专家王乐亭 教授名方"老十针"加减化裁，取中脘、天枢、气海、内关、足三里、公孙6穴10针。 结果：治疗不寐、喘证、惊悸、眩晕、中风便秘等病，临床收效甚佳。 结论：脾胃十针功能和中健脾、通畅气机、升清降浊、消补兼施，治疗因脾 胃虚弱或脾胃不和引起的各种疾病，疗效确切。
Methods The 'Lao Ten Needling' prescription of professor Wang Leting, a late famous specialist of acupuncture and moxibustion was modified and the 6 points of Zhongwan(CV 12), Tianshu(ST 25) , Qihai(CV 6), Neiguan(PC 6), Zusanli(ST 36) and Gongsun(SP 4) and ten needling were used. Results This therapy in treatment of insomnia, asthma, terror, dizziness, constipation due to apoplexy have better therapeutic effects. Conclusion The 'spleen and stomach ten needling' can regulate the stomach and strengthen the spleen, promote Qi flow,etc. , and it has a definite therapeutic effect in treatment of various diseases caus ed by deficiency of spleen and stomach or incoordination between the spleen and the stomach.
