摘要
目的：探讨快速植线对偏头痛的治 疗效果。方法：选择186例偏头痛患者，随机分成快速植线治疗及西药 对照两组，按各组方案进行治疗。结果：快速植线治疗组总有效率96.0%，明显优于西药对照组86.9%， 两组组间差别有显著性意义，P<0.05。 结论：快速植线治疗偏头痛具有良好的效果，且施术时间短，无需用麻醉药，无副 作用，值得深入研究。
Purpose To study on therapeutic effect of rapid embedding thread therapy on migraine. Methods One hundred and eighty-six cases of migraine were randomly divided into r apid embedding thread treatment group and western drug treatment group, and they were treated respectively. Results The total effective r ate was 96.0% in the rapid embedding thread treatment group and 86.9% in the w estern drug treatment group, with a significant difference between the two group s, P<0.05. Conclusion The rapid embedding thread the rapy has a good effect on migraine, with no application of narcotics.
