以愈创为原料 ,用二烷·三氧化硫加合物 (D.S.试剂 )作磺化剂合成呱仑酸钠 ,总收率 71% ,产品纯度在99.5 %以上。
Sodium gualenate was prepared from guaiazulene by using dioxane sulfur trioxide(D.S. agent ) as sulfonation agent in yield of 71% with 99.5% purity.
