摘要
对3Cr2W8V钢热作模具的强韧化进行了研究。结果表明,采用1200℃高温渗碳、淬火、660℃高温回火工艺可以较大幅度地提高3Cr2W8V模具的使用寿命。
This paper deals with the strengthening of the toughness-strength of 3Cr2W8V hot working die. The results show that the service life of 3Cr2W8V die can be increased remarkably by means of carburizing and quenching at a high temperature of 1200℃ and tempering at a high temperature of 600℃.
