摘要
对螺旋刃周铣铣削力进行了建模,在建模中考虑了切削厚度变化对镜削力影响的指数关系,铣刀偏心对实际切削厚度、切入与切出角、铣削力波动的影响,并提出了用实测镜削力识别铣刀偏心和钝削力系数的方法。仿真的铣削力与铣削试验实测的铣削力达到非常好的符合。
This paper presents a mechanistic model of milling forces for helical end mills. In the model the influence of exponential relationship of chip thickness variation on cutting force and the influences of cutter offset on effective chip thickness, entry and exit angles of cutting edges and variation in amplitute and wave form of milling forces are concerned. A computer algorithm is developed to identify the cutter offset and milling force coefficients based on the measured milling force. The computed milling forces are in good agreement with the measured milling forces obtained from milling tests.
