摘要
目的探讨开放式综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活满意度的影响。方法在药物维持治疗同时,对47例符合CCMD-2-R精神分裂症诊断标准、病程超过5年住院慢性精神分裂症患者进行6个月群体式开放综合康复训练,分别采取简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)及生活满意度指数A(LSI-A)量表于治疗前后进行评定。结果经康复训练后IPROS、BPRS总分及分量表分均低于治疗前(P<0.05～0.01);LSI-A总分高于治疗前,治疗后LSI-A评分与IPROS、BPRS总分及分量表工疗、缺乏活力、关心与兴趣、社交能力评分降低呈负相关。结论群体式开放综合康复训练治疗能有效地提高患者生活质量,促进社会功能正常化。
Objective To investigate the effect of the open door comprehensive rehabilitation training on life satisfaction of patients with chronic schizophrenic.Method A six month group pattern of the comprehensivly open rehabilitation training was perfomed on simultaneously,47 patients with chronic schizophreria who met the CCMD 2 R diagnosis criteria for schizophrenia and the course of disease for more than five years.The assesment was carried out using BPRS,IPROS and LSI A before and after treatment.Result After the rehabilitation training,score of IPROS,BPRS and sub scale were decreased after treatment (P< 0.05～0.01).Total score for LSI A was increased compared with pretreatment level.Post treatment LSI A score was negatively correlated with total score of IPROS,BPRS,indifference of activity,care and interest,social communication ability.Conclusion Population based comprehensively rehabilitation is effective in improving quality of life and promoting normalization of social function.
