摘要
该文通过对比国内外中密度纤维板生产和研究状况 ,系统地介绍了MDF生产中的纤维分离、干燥、施胶、热压及后处理等工序的先进技术和研究进展 ,提出MDF生产技术的发展趋势 ,即纤维分离向高质量和低能耗发展 ,施胶和干燥向高效率和低成本发展 ,热压向连续化发展 。
By comparing the domestic and foreign production and research status of MDF, the paper systematically describes the advanced technologies and research development of fiber separation, drying, glue application, hot pressing, post-process, and other production processes of MDF production; puts forward development of MDF production technology, such as the trends of high quality consumption of fiber separation, high efficiency and low cost of glue application and drying, continuous hot-pressing, and the addition of post-process of the products.
