摘要
本文对当前精铸复合型壳的硅溶胶面层涂料进行了试验研究。根据浇注铸件质量和经济效益,选择了铝矾土和石英粉混合料组合,指出了复合型壳常温强度和高温强度都比单一水玻璃型壳高,有助于提高铸件表面质量。
In this paper,author studies the silicaol surface of the combination mold shell used in investment casting at present. In order to obtain the desired quality of casting and satisfactory economic effectiveness,author selects alumine and silica to be the combined ingredients. This study has proved that the strength of combination mold shell under the room temperature and high temperature is higher than that of the single silicate mold shell under the room temperature and high temperature, that improves the surface quality of casting.
