摘要
根据促进消费需求增长的关键在于提高居民的购买力水平的中央精神,国家统计局课题组通过对近两年城乡居民购买力来源、投向、结构及问题分析,测算了有关数据,分析了购买力的总水平及构成来源,对当前购买力进行了总体评估,指出居民购买力的实现程度呈下降趋势,未实现的购买力所占比重上升,目前内需不足有深层次原因,在对未来一段时期购买力水平及潜能进行预测的基础上,提出了提高居民购买力水平,疏通购买力实现渠道的对策建议。
According to the principle of″To Increase the purchasing power of urban and rural residents is the key to expanding domestic demand″set by the Central Committee of the CPC,Project Group of State Statistical Bureau ana-lyzed the general level,sources,outlay,structure and problems of purchasing power of urban and rural residents in last two years.This paper points out that the expended proportion of residents purchasing power has been decreasing,and unexpended proportion of residents purchasing power has been increasing.Based on the prediction on purchasing power and it's potentiality in near future,the paper puts forward the policy suggestion of increasing the purchasing power of residents and opening up the channel of expenditure.
