摘要
This paper confers a useful method that is based on the multi grade relational structure of the urban environment. A function of subordinate degree is built with double slope and applied in the quality assessment of singular environmental factor. A fuzzy matrix is constructed by synthesizing the results of several factors. With the matrix and the weights of the factors, the method of twice fuzzy cluster is successfully applied in the urban environmental quality assessment.
