摘要
通过公式推导 ,得出弹力纱及弹力机织物中弹力丝纤维含量的计算公式 ,包括号数制和公制支数制。结果表明 ,织物中弹力纤维含量与弹力纱的弹力纤维含量和弹力纱在织物中的排列密度有关 ,与此同时 ,还受到不同种类纤维回潮的影响。
This paper is deduced calculating formulas of percentage content of elastic fibre in covered elastomeric yarn and woven elastic fabric,which of tex count system and of metric numbering system are included.The results shows that the percentage content of elastic fibre in woven elastic fabric is related to the percentage content of elastic fibre in covered elastomeric yarn and to its arraying count of pick count in fabric,meanwhile it varies depending on the kinds of fibres used which the moisture regain is different.The formulas can be very usefull for designing and producing of woven elastic fabric,especially in its cost checking or control.
