摘要 目的 探讨细胞间粘附分子 - 1(intercelluar adhesion molecule- 1,ICAM- 1)在血管生成中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学法 (S- P法 )检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期 ICAM- 1的表达。结果 增生期血管瘤中形成管腔的内皮细胞高表达 ICAM- 1,增生期 ICAM- 1的平均光密度和阳性面积率均高于退化期 ,统计学有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 本文提示 ICAM- 1在血管腔形成过程中表达增强 ,参与血管生成。 ? Objective To investigate the angiogenic effect of ICAM 1. Method human dermal hemangioma specimens, in which 17 were in the proliferating phase and 11 in the involuting phase, were detected with immunohistochemical technique for ICAM 1. Result ICAM 1 was localized on proliferating endothelial cells of microvessels; the mean optical density and the rate of positive area in proliferating hemangiomas were significantly higher than those in involuting hemangiomas ( P <0 01); and the expression of ICAM 1 increased during lumen formation of microvessles. Conclusion These results suggest that ICAM 1 plays a role in angiogenesis.\;〔
