应用血浆置换救治危重免疫性疾病

摘要 目的 :评价血浆置换 (PE)对重症免疫性疾病的治疗效果。方法 :应用膜式一次PE法、德国生产的Dilpact机 ,在短时间内建立血管通路 ,使用GambroPF 2 0 0 0N血浆置换器 ,对 1 0例重症免疫性疾病进行置换 ,共置换 1 2例次。结果 :1 0例患者中治愈 8例 ,明显好转 2例。结论 :PE方法对重症免疫性疾病的治疗 ,疗效确切 。
