白细胞介素-6与缺血性脑损伤 被引量:11

摘要 缺血性脑损伤局部存在炎症反应 ,小胶质细胞、神经元和星形细胞都能分泌白细胞介素 6 ,它通过营养神经细胞 ,调节白细胞介素 1和肿瘤坏死因子的合成发挥抗炎作用 ,阻断NMDA毒性并作用于腺苷受体等缩小脑梗死体积 ,促进神经元存活 ,对缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用。临床上脑梗死患者早期血浆和脑脊液中即有IL 6的升高 。
