摘要
目的 研究精神分裂症康复期集体心理治疗的康复效果。方法 将符合CCMD 2 R中精神分裂症诊断标准痊愈或显进出院的精神分裂症患者 ,按住院号末位奇、偶数随机分为研究组和对照组 ,研究组在药物治疗的基础上合并集体心理治疗 ,对照组单纯服药治疗 ,研究期 1年。结果 研究结束时 ,研究组疾病痊愈率 84 .8% ,复发率 15 .2 % ,对照组则分别为4 6 .7%和 5 3.3% ,研究组功能大体评定量表评分 ,服药依从性 ,患者对精神分裂症相关知识基本了解及BPRS评分均值明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 精神分裂症康复期进行集体心理治疗 ,可巩固治疗效果 。
Objective The paper studied the effects of group psychotherapy on those patients in schizophrenia rehabilitation.Methods The patients with schizophrenia who had been discharged from hospital after recovery or mark effective and been accorded with the CCMD 2 R for schizophrenia were randomly divided into 2 groups:research and contrast.The research practised group psychotherapy for the patients based on medicine treatment .While the contrast depended on medicine simply.It took over 1 year to finish this study.Results The recovery rate of the research was 84.8%,and that of the contrast was 46.7%.The relapse rate of the research was 15.2% and that of the contrast was 53.3%.Beside,the research showed more obvious on GAF scores and their compliant of medicine was better.The patients had a genaral knowledge of schizophrenia.Conclusion To those in the schizophrenia rehabilitation group psychotherapy could help to strengthen the medicine effects and to increase recovery quality by means of group psychotherapy.
