摘要
目的 探讨阴性、阳性精神分裂症听觉P30 0颅脑区域性改变特征 ,以及抗精神病药物的可能影响。方法 应用显著性概率地形图方法 (t SPM ) ,对 2 2例阴性、2 7例阳性精神分裂症患者与 17例正常人进行对比研究。结果 阴性组与阳性组比较 ,顶区、左枕颞区、左中央前额区显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。与治疗前比较 ,治疗后阴性组前额区、左右中央区、右顶区有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阳性组左颞顶区有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 阴性、阳性精神分裂症亚型之间可能有不同的神经生物学基础 ,抗精神病药物可以改善某些大脑皮质机能。
Objective To investigate the character of cerebral region relevant to evoked potentials auditory P300 and effect of antipsychotic drugs between negative subtype and positive subtype of first episode schizophrenics.Methods The auditory P300 of 32 channel t test significance probability Mapping(t SPM)were analyzed in 22 negative subtype,27 positive subtype of schizophrenics and 17 mormal controls,and 10 negative and 10 positive subtype schizophrenics after clozapine treatment in four weeks.Results The patients showed the significance difference in parietal,left occipitotemporal,left centrofrontal scalp regions in difference time(P<0.05).After clozapine treatment in four weeks,prefrontal,central,right occipital in negative subtype and left temporoparietal cortex functions in positive subtype had significantly improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion The findings suggest that there are some biological differences between negative and positive schizophrenics and antipsychotic drugs might improve some cerebral cortex functions.
