细胞外基质与肝脏肿瘤 被引量：7

摘要 0 引言 近年来,随着对细胞外基质(extracelular matrix,ECM)研究的不断深入,对其功能也有了进一步的了解.目前认为细胞外基质不只是对细胞和组织起支架或骨架作用,而且对生理或病理状态下细胞的分化、增殖及基因表达均有非常重要的作用.在肝脏发生肿瘤时,细胞外基质及其降解酶基质金属蛋白酶(mamx metalloprotemases,MMPs)对肿瘤的发展、转移等有非常重要的影响.
