摘要
在某大跨钢结构空间桁架施工中 ,当抗风柱安装完毕后 ,连接抗风柱与基础的地脚螺栓发生断裂。现场检测数据显示 ,该抗风柱基础施工偏差略大于允许值 ,连接抗风柱的垫板约有 1 40°倾斜。根据施工偏差的实测数据 ,分析了在垫板倾斜情况下螺栓的受力 ,并与预期正常受力进行比较评价。分析中考虑到了高强螺栓预拉力施加过程中的非线性问题。结论认为 ,施工偏差不是造成断裂的主要原因 。
In the process of constructing a large span space steel truss,a foundation bolt cracking occured and the construction deviation of the foundation was found as well.It can be see from the measured data that the deviation angle of inclination is about 1 40°,slightly exceeding the permitted value.In this paper,according to the measured deviation value the force that the bolt bears is calculated and is compared with the expected value without deviation.The nonlinear characteristics is taken into account.The conclusion is that the construction deviation is not the main causes of the bolt cracking and this conclusion is adopted by the relative organizations.
