摘要
以端羟基聚丁二烯 (HTPB)、甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)以及有关配合剂为原料 ,制备了无溶剂单组分的聚烯烃聚氨酯胶粘剂 ,对扩链剂种类以及含量、胶粘剂中NCO和白碳黑的含量作了试验 ,测试了胶粘剂的外观、粘度、粘接强度和力学性能。测试结果表明 ,以 1,4丁二醇作为扩链剂 ,与HTPB的羟基含量摩尔比例是 3,控制胶粘剂中NCO含量在 4 .87%左右 ,白碳黑的含量为 10g ,可以获得粘接性能比较优越的聚烯烃型聚氨酯胶粘剂。
Solvent free one component polyolefin polyurethane adhesive was prepared with HTPB,TDI and relevent compounding ingredients as raw materials.Type and content of chain extender,content of NCO and white carbon black in adhesive were selected.Appearance,viscosity,adhesion strength and mechanical properties of the adhesive were tested.Testing results showed that superior polyolefin polyurethane adhesive could be obtained using 1,4 butylene glycol as chain extender,mol ratio of 3 for hydroxy content in HTPB,NCO content in adhesive controlled at about 4.87%,white carbon black content at 10g.
