摘要
目的 分析女性不孕的病因。方法 收集 1 990～ 2 0 0 0年我院女性不孕症 1 46例 ,不孕时间2年以上。结果 不孕症的主要原因是子宫因素、感染因素及内分泌失调。原发性不孕以子宫因素为主 ,继发性不孕则以感染因素为主。结论 女性不孕症的原因常是多因素的 ,必须采用综合治疗 ,才能提高妊娠率。
Objective:To study the etiology of female infertility.Methods:146 infertile women with infertile course more than two years were collected between 1990 and 2000.Results:The major factors of infertility were uterus dysgenesis,inflammatory factors and endocrine imbalance.Uterine factors were the main cause in primary infertility, but inflammatory factors were the major cause in secondary infertility.Conclusion:The etiology of infertility is multifactorial.The comprehensive treatments should be taken for treating female infertility.
