摘要
预湿技术是目前降低浆纱工艺成本和减少污水排放量最有效的方法 ,同时 ,它还可以减少经纱断头率 ,进而提高织物布面质量。本文阐述了预湿技术的基本原理 ,并介绍德国几家织布厂的应用实例。
Wetting out technology is currently the most suitable method of reducing production costs in sizing and consequently the CSB effluent load in the textile industry with the simultaneous reduction of warp end breakage in weaving plus improved fabric appearance. This article illustrates the wetting out fundamentals, and reports on their practical application in some German weaving mills.
