摘要
研究了 34SiMn2B钢和 6 0Si2Cr钢获得复合组织 (马氏体 +少量下贝氏体 )的热处理工艺 ,结果表明 , 12 5的 6 0Si2Cr钢球锻后水淬至 12 0~ 130℃ ,然后加热至 30 0℃恒温 3h ,获得了马氏体加少量下贝氏体的复合组织 ;而 15 0的 34SiMn2B钢球锻后水淬至 2 0 0℃ ,然后加热至 30 0℃ ,恒温 3h ,未获得下贝氏体组织。
In this paper,the heat treatment technology for obtaining the composite microstructure of martenite and bainite in the steel 34SiMn2B and the steel 60Si2Cr was researched.It was shown that the composite microstructure of martensite and bainite was obtained if a 125 mm diameter ball of the steel 60Si2Cr after forge is quenched in water to 130℃,then austempered for 3 hours in 300℃and that the composite microstructure of martenstite and bainite was not obtained if a 150 mm diameter ball of the steel 34SiMn2B after forge is quenched in water to 200℃,then austempered for 3 hours in 300℃.The later is caused by the mechanical stabilization of untransforming austenite, producing much martensite during quench in water.
