摘要
通过东、中、西部之间比较以及对西部地区公共资本与经济增长的回归分析，得出公共资本与西部经济增长之间有显著的相关性。因此，为了配合西部大开发战略，应该加大公共投资力度，不但要扩大融资渠道，而且要提高公共投资的效率，加快西部经济发展的步伐。
