摘要
以双啤、西南 86 911、2 0 0 0 / 2 - 6 - 2 3个品种为材料 ,研究不同生长时期大麦叶片中蛋白质、叶绿素、维生素C、SOD酶活性等成分的变化。结果表明 :3种大麦品种在幼苗生长期 ,生长至第 15d时 ,蛋白质、维生素C、叶绿素含量均达到最高。在第 15d ,西南 86 911比双啤、2 0 0 0 / 2 - 6 - 2两个品种的蛋白质和维生素C的含量高 ,而双啤在前期 (10~ 15d)SOD活性均比西南 86 911和 2 0 0 0 / 2 - 6 - 2都显著提高 ;收获大麦幼苗以 2
Three barley cultivars were grown on the Experimental Farm of Southwest Agricultural University and protein, vitamin C, chlorophyll and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the leaves of the seedlings was determined 10, 15, 20 and 25 days after sowing. The maximum content of protein, vitamin C and chlorophyll occurred on the 15 th day in all the cultivars studied. The highest activity of SOD appeared on the 15 th day in the cultivar 'Shuangpi' and on the 20 th day in the other two cultivars, 'Xinan 86911' and '2000/2-6-2'. More protein and vitamin C were found in the fresh leaves of Xinan 86911 than of Shuangpi and 2000/2-6-2 on the 15 th day after sowing. SOD activity in the leaves was higher in Shuangpi than in Xinan 86911 and 2000/2-6-2 as determined on the 10 th and 15 th days. Therefore, the optimum date of harvesting the seedlings should be around the 20 th day after sowing.
