摘要
通过对打顶后不同时间的烟株进行环切 ,找出环切对烤烟上部烟叶烟碱含量及品质的影响。结果表明 :随着采收期推迟 ,上部烟叶烟碱含量逐渐增加 ,未环切处理上部烟叶烟碱含量为 5 .0 7% ,环切后各处理烟碱含量分别降至4 .2 3% ,4 .33% ,4 .6 9% ;环切后各处理上部叶碳 /氮比与对照相比趋于合理 ,施木克值、水溶性糖 /烟碱比较对照有大幅改善 ,并且有利于各评吸项目评吸总分的提高。与对照相比 ,各处理中以打顶后第 1周环切对提高上部叶烟叶品质的效果最好 ,且上部各叶片烟碱含量都有显著性下降 ,其次为打顶后第 2周环切 ,再次是打顶后第
Girdling was made of the tobacco plants 1, 2 and 3 weeks after topping. Nicotine content in the upper leaves of the plants increased with the postponing of harvest, but it decreased from 5.07% in the non-girdled control to 4.23%, 4.33% and 4.69%, respectively, in the three girdling treatments. Girdling improved the N/C or soluble sugar/nicotine or soluble sugar/protein ratios in the upper leaves and enhanced their grade in smoking evaluation. Girdling made 1 week after topping appeared to be optimum for the improvement of the quality of the upper leaves.
