摘要
介绍了用3530型X射线荧光光谱仪同时测定膨胀合金中Mn、Si、P、S、Cr、Ni、Co、Mo、Ti、Al、Cu、Mg、Zr共13种元素的方法。该方法具有测试简单、数据准确的特点。方法经标样检验,结果与标准值相符,各组分的RSD≤0.05%。
A X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method has been introduced for the determination of Mn,Si,P,S, Cr, Ni, Co, Mo, Ti,Al, Cu, Mg and Zr in Fe-Co-Ni expansion alloy in this paper.The results indicated that this method was more convenient and sensitive.The analytical results were well compared with the standard values.The relative standard deviation of the method is 0.05 % .
