摘要
本文介绍了扫描电镜(SEM)技术在石墨层间化合物(GICs)研究中的一些探索性应用结果,通过实验与操作,发现用SEM可有效地观察微观插层情况,能获得原子结合的有关信息并可以检验GICs的合成效果。
This paper introduces some exploratory accomplishments of using SEM in the research of graphite intercalation compounds. Through practical operations, we discovered that micro-intercalayer states can be observed. Information about atoms combination of GICs can be obtained, and also synthetic results of GICs can be tested with SEM.
