培育适龄越冬蜂的试验与研究 被引量:1

Experiment study on nurturing bees of suitable age surviving the winter

摘要 本试验研究了适龄越冬蜂和幽王断子对蜂群越冬和春季繁殖与生产效果的影响。三个阶段的试验结果表明 :试验组比对照组 (A∶B、C∶D、E∶F)越冬蜂损失率分别低 2 3.2 %(p <0 .0 5 )、6 .3%(p <0 .0 5 )、37.6 %(p <0 .0 1) ,框均耗糖量分别低 0 .0 9kg(p>0 .0 5 )、0 .0 5kg(p<0 .0 5 )、0 .34kg(p <0 .0 5 ) ,越冬效果好 ;春季繁殖速度分别快 2 4.5 %(P <0 .0 5 )、16 .1%(P <0 .0 5 )、37.4%(P <0 .0 1) ,恢复期短 ;油菜、刺槐花期蜂蜜群均产量分别高 16 .4kg(P <0 .0 5 )、8.5kg(p <0 .0 5 )、2 3.2kg(p <0 .0 1) ,王浆群均产量分别高 99.8± 10 .2g(p<0 .0 5 )、81.4± 7.1g(p <0 .0 5 )、2 72 .0± 2 2 .7g(p <0 .0 1) ,质量好。适龄越冬蜂是蜂群安全越冬和第二年春季繁殖与生产的基础 ,幽王断子是保持适龄越冬蜂数量和质量的技术措施 ;秋季培育适龄越冬蜂并适时幽王断子是定地饲养蜂群季节性管理中必须遵循的规律。 This experiment studied the bees of suitable age ovurviving the winter and queen put in confinement and prevented ovulating generation,which effect colony of bees surviving the winter and reproductiue speed and productive effect in spring.Experimental result in three stages shows: ontrast with comparative groups loss rate of test groups (A∶B,C∶D,E∶F)reduce separately 23.2%(p<0.05),6.3%(p<0.05),37.6%(p<0.01),surgar's expenditures of average per frame reduce separately 0.09kg(p>0.05),0.05kg(p<0.05),0.34kg(p<0.05) effect of surviving the winter is good; Reproductive speeds in spring add upseparately 24.5%(p<0.05),16.1%(p<0.05),37.4%(p<0.01),recoverable period is short;in rap's and locust's florescences Honeybee's outputs of average per colony in crease separately 16.4kg(p<0.05),8.5kg(p<0.05),23.3kg(p<0.01),royal jelly's outputs of average per colony increase 99.8±10.2g(p<0.05),81.4±7.1g(p<0.05),272.0±22.7g(p<0.01),quality is good. Bees of suitable age surviving the winter are the base of surviving the winter safely and reproduce and production in spring in next year.Queen put in confinement and prevented ovulating generation is a technical step of keeping the quantity and quality of the bee of suitable age surviving the winter,In the autumn,in a seasonal management nurturing bees of suitable age surviving the winter and queen put in confinement and prevented ovulating generation, are rules that must be obeyed, expecially raising colony in fixed place.
