摘要
目的 研究超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及细胞凋亡在D 半乳糖致衰大鼠小脑皮质的增龄变化及复方丹参滴丸的抗氧化作用。方法 将Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、衰老模型组及复方丹参组 ,采用组织匀浆法测定各组大鼠小脑组织中的SOD活性 ;采用石蜡切片甲基绿 哌洛宁染色法计数各组大鼠小脑皮质蒲肯野细胞的凋亡指数 ,并将结果进行比较。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,衰老组大鼠小脑SOD活性降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,蒲肯野细胞的凋亡指数增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;而复方丹参组与衰老组的比较结果显示小脑SOD活性增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,蒲肯野细胞凋亡指数降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 SOD及细胞凋亡在衰老过程中起着重要作用 ,复方丹参滴丸能提高SOD活性 ,降低凋亡指数 。
Objective To study aged related change of SOD and apoptosis in cerebellar cortex of D galactose induced aged rat,and antioxidative effect of Fufangdanshendiwan.Methods We studied change of total SOD activities in the rat cerebellum of the contrast,aging and Fufangdanshen groups,and apoptotic index of Purkinje cells by methyl greenpyronin stain.Results Comparing the aging group with the contrast,there was significant decrease( P <0.01) in SOD activities of cerebellum,and significant increase( P <0.01) in apoptotic index of Purkinje cells.Comparing the Fufangdanshen group with the aging group,there was increase( P <0.05) in SOD activities,and significant decrease( P <0.01) in apoptotic index.Conclusion SOD and apoptosis are important in the process of aging.Fufangdanshendiwan can increase SOD activities and decrease apoptotic index.The results suggest antioxidative function of Fufangdanshendiwan.
