摘要
目的 :观察纯中药制剂心脉龙 (XML)注射液的抗衰老作用。方法 :XML按 6mg/kg、8mg/kg体重给老年小鼠连续腹腔注射 30d后 ,测定血清过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH -Per)活性 ,测定脑组织丙二醛 (MDA)、脑组织和肝脏脂褐质 (Lf)的含量。结果 :XML两剂量组均能显著提高老年小鼠血清CAT、SOD、GSH -Per活性 ,降低老年小鼠脑组织MDA含量、降低脑和肝组织Lf含量。结论
Objective:To observe the anti senility effect of Xinmailong(XML) on old mouse.Methods:The activity of serum catalase(CAT)?superoxide dismutase(SOD)?glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Per);the malondialdehyde(MDA) of brain tissue,and lipofuscin(Lf)contents in brain tissue and liver of old mice were determined after thay were given(ia) XML for 30 days at doses of 6*#mg/kg and 8*#mg/kg resrectively. Results:The activity of serum CAT?SOD?GSH Per in old mice obviously increased,while the contents of MDA of brain tissue and liver decreased.Condusion:XML has an effect of anti senility through improving free radicals.
