摘要
筛选出了50％啶酰菌胺可湿性粉剂（WP）的优化配方（质量比）为啶酰菌胺50.0％、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.0％、木质素磺酸钠3.0％、助剂DK8 5.0％,硅藻土补足100.0％,按此配方制得质量合格的50％啶酰菌胺WP,用其进行田间防效试验,结果表明,50％啶酰菌胺WP 247.5～322.5 g（a.i）/hm^2对油菜菌核病（Sclerotinia sclerotiorum）的防效达到67.5％～80.1％,优于对照药剂50％多菌灵WP 750.0 g（a.i）/hm^2（防效66.2％）、40％菌核净WP 375.0 g（a.i）/hm^2（防效64.9％）,且对油菜安全.
The formulation of Boscalid wettable powder （WP） was optimized with Boscalid 50.0％,sodium do-decylbenzene sulfonate 3.0％,sodium lignosulfonate 3.0％,adjuvant DK8 5.0％.Field efficacy of 50.0％ Boscalid WP at 16.5～21.5 g （a.i）/667 m^2 against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum reached 67.5％～80.1％ whereas that of the control with fungicide 50％ Carbendazim WP 50.0 g （a.i）/667m^2 was 66.2％,and of 40％ Dimethachlon WP 20.0g （a.i）/667m^2 was 64.9％.It is indicated that the 50％ Bosealid WP developed is safe for rapeseed plant.
